Important Announcement from SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia/Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia):
According to the Malaysian Companies Act 2016, Section 30(2)(b), [page 59] all companies registered under the Act are required to display their full company name and updated registration number on their websites and social media pages. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in further action by SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia/Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia), such as a penalty of up to RM50,000 or 3-year imprisonment, or both.
